Over 35 years I've built a consulting firm, a global venture and a nonprofit, often while caring for family. Every lesson I teach in coaching comes from here.

Founded in 1989, MARRS Services, Inc. is a project management and consulting firm with experience supporting major transportation and infrastructure projects across California. Under Rubina’s leadership, the company built relationships with prominent public-sector clients, including LAX, OCTA, Caltrans, and the Metropolitan Water District.
Recognized with the SBA 2005 Small Business person of the Year award, Santa Ana District.
My journey with MARRS reflects the value of persistence, strategic thinking, and building trusted partnerships.

Olive Community Services
Founded in 2016, Olive Community Services grew from my personal experience of caring for aging parents from afar. What began as a small gathering among friends has developed into a nonprofit supporting older adults and families across Southern California.
The organization provides programs and services that promote well-being, connection, dignity, and inclusion, particularly for underserved communities.
Its growth reflects my belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to age with dignity and remain connected to their community.
